The people behind the work

Meet the team.

Every NG Bespoke project is designed, built and installed by the same in-house team — designers, joiners, fitters, tilers and a dedicated lead. Consistent faces on site, a single point of contact, the same standard from showroom to handover.

Owner & Founder

Nick Glendinning.

Nick founded NG Bespoke in 2016 after years of working in the kitchen and bathroom industry — first on the tools, then in design, then watching too many projects pass through too many sub-contractors before reaching the customer. The brief he set himself was simple: build a single team that could take a project from the showroom conversation through design, manufacture and installation without ever handing it off. The same faces, the same standards, the same project manager from sketch to handover.

A decade on, that single-team model is still what NG Bespoke is built around. Nick still personally meets every new client, still walks the showroom with anyone who drops in, and still signs off every project before it leaves Manor Farm. The business has grown — joiners, plumbers, electricians, tilers, an apprentice — but it has stayed deliberately small enough that quality doesn't dilute through layers of management.

The team

One team. Every detail.
Bespoke, end-to-end.

  • Team Lead

    Lee.

Lee runs the day-to-day on every active project — scheduling fitters, coordinating trades, keeping the diary honest with clients, and stepping onto site when a project needs a steady hand. If your kitchen install is on the diary, Lee knows where it is in the schedule and what's coming next.

  • Kitchen Designer & Showroom

    Chris.

Chris is usually the first NG Bespoke face you'll meet — he runs the showroom and leads kitchen design conversations from the initial brief through to 3D plans and final specification. He's particular about getting the layout right at sketch stage so the room actually works the way you live, not just the way it looks in the renders.

  • Lead Fitter

    Steve.

Steve leads the install team on site. Twenty years of cabinetry experience means he can read a complicated room, spot the gotchas before they become problems, and finish to a level of detail that the design renders only hint at. He's on most kitchen installs from day one to handover.

  • Fitter

    Dean.

Dean works alongside Steve on the install team — usually the second pair of hands on a kitchen, sometimes leading bathroom installs himself. Quiet, methodical, and the person most likely to be putting the kettle on at the start of a working day on your site.

  • Tiler

    Adam.

Adam handles all in-house tiling — bathroom walls and floors, kitchen splashbacks, the awkward stone formats that less patient tilers refuse to touch. The reason the finished bathrooms in the showroom look the way they do is mostly down to Adam.

  • Apprentice

    Ben.

Ben is the newest member of the team, working through his apprenticeship across joinery, install and project work. You'll see him on most active sites, learning the trade end-to-end from people who've been doing it for years.

Meet the team in person.

The easiest way to put faces to names is to drop into the showroom during opening hours, or book a longer design consultation if you'd like one of the team set aside for you.
